You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange as appropriate. Please ring us before posting any packages and enclose a note with your details and the reason for return/exchange.
Note: At Christmas we extend this deadline to January 14th.
Any returned items manufactured especially for you will attract a 15% re-stocking charge. Personalised items may not be suitable for return, please discuss with us before ordering goods with names/logos.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply send a Contact Us message or ring 08452 604104. We promise we won't bite! You have an absolute right to return your goods for refund, credit or exchange as above.
Returns of personalised goods
Except in certain circumstances, we are unable to accept returns of goods once they have been personalised. Please be very, very careful of sizes on personalised goods - we will always talk this through with you first.
